"Wait, Melissa!" Jacob yelled. Melissa grimly smiled and turned around to face Jacob.
"Yes?" She innocently asked the handsome man.
"Stay here, with me.. please?"
"Of course." She replied...

Later that night when she and Jacob had finished their romantic dinner together, Jacob moved forward and kissed her on the lips. She smiled and said "good bye, Jacob". As he fell to the ground.

A few days later Jacob's brother, Tyler Blackwell rang the doorbell of Melissa's large mansion. She answer the door with a big grin on her face.
"Aren't you upset about Jacob?" He questioned her.

"Of course i am."

She invited him after their short conversation and they both sat down on the big. black sofa. They talked for a little more than half an hour about how strange his death was. He asked her if she knew how it happened but of course she denied every possible way he mentioned. Little did she know Tyler had been watching the whole thing for the small window of the condo.

Melissa moved towards Tyler and kissed him on the lips. As soon as she did he bit her bottom lip causing blood to escape for her mouth. The blood came out black, and Tyler jolted backwards and hit the living room wall with a loud thud.

His eyes remained on the bleeding woman sitting on the couch, staring at him. Her mouth twisted into a cold smirk. Her hands were turning paler, as if her body was freezing. Her beautiful caramel colored hair started turning black as night. Her turned from sea blue, to blood red.

As she stood up, her skin cracked slowly and her mouth opened wide. An ear piercing screech escaped her mouth causing the glass around them to shatter.

"You made a big mistake." She Said in a fairly deep voice.

Tyler picked a piece of glass off the hard wood floor and flung it at the pale faced woman. It hit her in the chest but bounced off, as if it had hit a metal object. She roared as if part animal. Tyler quickly searched the room for something, anything that might kill this invincible creature. Nothing caught his eye. As she hobbled closer to him, he rose off the floor.

She reached out for him and he grabbed her and held her closely. He puckered his lips and finally... he kissed her. She fell lifelessly to the floor.

He thought it all was over, until he noticed his lip, which black ooze was dripping from it...

Interesting story. Great premise. I would love to see this written into a longer story. Your writing here is really strong, but it could use the addition of some more descriptive language. If you developed the imagery more, this would be a fantastic read.
