There were legends of old tales about a house deep within the jungle. They say this house once lived a doll maker who created toys for the local children within his village, but the man was involved in some horrible pigeon reticules that scared a lot of the locals when they found out the truth. this was an old village just out of Asia that has been abandon for years, no locals would step foot onto its sole for fear of that is unknown. I work for a local journal and thought I would come to investigate this small village, and see what I could find out. After getting off the plane I met a couple of locals that agreed to show me around and speak with some historians. They would tell me these different legends about how a foreigner came to the village baring toys for children and other gifts for adults. He also brought some odd religious beliefs to the small village that many felt uncomfortable about. Year after year the man would continue to create his toys, but in those years' people started to disappear. Many of the locals just blamed it on wild life, and people wandering off into the jungle. Until children started reporting weird smells, and sounds coming from the toy maker's house. In frenzy the locals bunch together into a group and ransacked the house while holding the man still as they searched. What they came across changed their lives forever. Deep within the basement of the toy makers house was an alter of cement and bone with cages wrapping around the walls of the room. The people ran in a panic out of the basement and dragged the man into the streets where they beat him to death, burned his body and house to the ground. After four months more and more people became missing and the locals started to blame it on the vengeful spirit of the toy maker. Most of them left the village and the one's that stayed behind were never heard from again. Till this day people fear of stepping into the village. They say they can hear women and children screaming just by being in the next town.

Of course I was a skeptic with the whole idea of a haunted village, and that would be my gravest mistake. The village was dark, moldy, and misty. More than likely, because of the rain that had ceased no more than ten minutes ago. As I stepped into the village I could tell that there hasn't been anyone in here for years. Started the investigation looking through the old abandon houses which seemed to still have all the furniture old, and covered in spider webs. They were still in the house and haven't been touched in years. More than likely showing how the people up and left in a hurry leaving anyone behind. There weren't really any signs of looters as I searched through the houses. After an hour I decided to leave the houses, and go in search of the toy maker's house. I came across the old burnt down house; if you weren't looking hard enough you could pass it up easily. The years have covered the place in grass, and even a tree as well. With my flash light in hand I started chipping away some of the grass searching for anything that could possibly verify these legends, and after an hour of searching I came across an old latch almost likes a trap door. In that moment I started to feel some dread and fear of what was beyond this door. It was almost to the point where I wanted to give up and run back toward the nearest town to give up my search, but I couldn't. I needed this story or some sort of proof to get myself higher and more important for the magazine I worked for. Slowly I placed my hand on the latch when I started to hear foot steps behind me. Heart racing I jumped and turned around to see nothing behind me, but the darkness of the village. After calming myself down I brushed it off and opened the latch and walked inside with my flash light knocking away all the cobwebs. What I found shocked me; there was an alter and cages all around the room. Taking my camera I took pictures of the alter and room. Jackpot I thought because I knew this story would make me a legend in the office. The alter was made from bones and stone as the legend said, but the bone made a figure of a women wearing a gown. The hair flowed down her back in a wavy manner. After I finished searching I decided to leave because I knew I wouldn't find anything else. Then I heard it

As soon as I stepped onto the stares to leave. A loud chanting almost like a group of people worshiping started ringing in my ears, and I freaked. Quickly running up the stairs and out of the basement back into the village, but I was stopped. She stood in front of the road watching me with a slight smile on her face. Her hair dark and clothing tattered and torn. Her movements war jerky, almost like her arms and legs repeatedly being popped out of place with each step she made. At that point I had a feeling of regret, doubt, and disbelief. Why didn't I listen to my friends? Why didn't I bring anyone with me? Quickly snapping myself out of it I ran as fast as I could. Heart pumping and the only thing I thought about were getting away from this woman finding myself back on the road. In a relief I saw my car up ahead quickly entering my vehicle I drove off in a panic swerving, and barley making the curves from my panic state. No matter how far I drove, and how quickly I tried to get away the chanting intensified almost like it was in the back seat with me. Making me panic even worse and become more and more reckless. Trying to make a couple of calls to find some help, when they answered all I heard was that same chanting through my phone. Oh my god, come on... come on... at this point I started to feel like headed and drained from his intense amount of stress, but in my relief I saw lights ahead of a village. As I approached toward the lights a figure could be seems coming from the light with the same broken walk from the women in the village. With a desperate cry I swerved to turn around and flipped my car and rolled down the hill off the side of the road. Dizzy and light headed I got out of my car and tried to climb up the hill, but I was too weak. Feeling a light tug on my foot I screamed as I was dragged into the darkness of the jungle. With each bump I felt as I dragged I became more and more light headed until finally I fainted after all the fighting and crying trying to get free.

Awaken in a day haze, my vision blurred as I tried to take in every detail in the room. I had a feeling of dread and uneasiness. Some kind of pain but at the same time I felt numb. Surveying the room I notice it looked much like a small hospital recovery room. What was I doing here? I thought to myself. I tried to get up out of bed, but for some odd reason I couldn't move my legs. At this point of time I was terrified maybe it was because of the unknown. There was no one around that I could see or hear. After seating for about ten minutes I finally heard a small click against the floor. For a moment I had a slight feeling of relief until the door handle rattles, and a young Asian female came through the door. She looked around the same age as me, but there was something different about her. She had a face that I have never seen before. It looked like the left side of her face was nothing but plastic rubber substance. She said a couple of words that I couldn't understand and she came up to me placing her hand upon my shoulder. Slowly she helped me get up from the bed and that's when I saw something that made my heart stop for a short while. My feet, they were that same substance as that women's face. I could walk though; each step she made me take made it feel like the stenches were ripping through my skin. Almost like your sutures ripping after surgery. The young women led me down the hall that seemed cold and bare. Until finally she brought me to another room, but this time it was twice the size as the one was in. it looked to be a physical training room. The women sat me down in a small couch as I motioning for me to wait. I nodded in agreement and sat, and I sat for over fifteen minutes until an older man came into the room baring a powerful physic, bald head, and what seemed to be a blackish looking jump suite. He started speaking to me and again I couldn't understand a single word. So he lightly picked me wave for me to come toward him; I tried to move with no feeling in my legs. I failed; time and time again as he waved I failed. Until he came up to me placing his hand on my arm and helped me up. The walk wasn't too painful, but when saw the treadmill he wanted me to walk on made my cringe. Walking was still uncomfortable, couldn't have even imagine what was about to happen to me.

After I was done for the day, the young Asian female came up to me and led me back to the bedroom I awoke in. she smiled and waved goodbye before leaving the room. Maybe it was drugs I was on because other than a slight case of fear and pain. I wasn't feeling anything. Slowly I swung my rubbery legs to hang off the bed and pushed myself to a standing position. Lifting up my medical gown I saw it. My whole lower body was this rubbery plastic substance. The stitching a couple of inches below my belly button roped around my whole body. As I took a step I could see the stitching pulling at my skin as if wanting to rip but couldn't. In a frantic manner I tried my best to rush to the door in the drugged daze I was in to see that the hallway was empty and dark. Using the wall as my crutch I walked down the hallway hoping to find something or some way to get out. Slowly I walked coming across rooms and rooms, but room 258 I couldn't help it. Placing my hand on the door knob I felt the cold tingle of the bronze as I turned the knob slightly to the right and opened the door. The room was lightly lit by a single lamp sitting on the end piece. Then I saw it a horrible disfigurement. The poor man laid in the bed starring at the wall in a silent stupor. His skin pale from what I could see. I couldn't tell you what came over me, but I slowly pulled the man's cover off of him. I gasped at what I saw; the fear inside me stirred tenfold making me want to run away only if I could. His body was completely plastic almost like a Barbie doll. Chest, arms, legs, and even his hair. None of it was real, but I could see a light thump in his chest. Almost like he had a heart within all that plastic. "What the hell is going on?" I thought to myself as I tried to move as fast as I could back down the hallway. With each limp after limp I finally came across an elevator at the end of the hall. After pushing the button to call the elevator I could hear light clicking coming from the end of the hall. "On no! On no! Oh no! Please, hurry" I kept repeating to myself as a figure started to appear out of the darkness. Suddenly I heard a ding and the elevator door opened and I entered pushing the ground floor button.

The lavatory music had an eerie tone. Second though why is there elevator music inside a hospital I said to myself? I dreaded what waited for me when the doors opened. Slowly the elevator came to a stop and the doors opened. I jumped to the sight of a small doll right in front of the door. I hated dolls they've always gave me those creepy feelings as a child and adult. I slowly walked past the doll and continued down the hall and opened the door leading to the main lobby. Just like the hallway; the lobby was empty and bare, but I didn't care. I rushed as quickly as I could toward the exit, but I was stopped once again by the same doll in front of the elevator. There was something real about eyes. It hypnotized me into standing still and thinking nothing. The clicking could be heard again coming from a distance heading toward me. I tried to move, but I couldn't almost like I was frozen in place. My heart raced and raced and then pounded in a way that felt like it was going to leap from my chest. Her hand touched my shoulder as she turned to face me looking me in the eyes. Her smile haunted me; eye's were a cold brown, and hair smooth and perfect. Everything about her was luring, but not in a positive way. Her smile faded and in a surprise she gestured her hand for me to leave. For a second I hesitated, but soon leapt to the chance to get out of this building. I quickly opened the exit door and found myself in completely darkness. The only light came from the stars that laid above in different patterns in the sky. At this point my body started to ache in intense pain with each step. Until the point my vision started to blur and soon I fainted. I awoke once again in the same hospital bed, but this time I couldn't move anything in my body. "Oh my god. Please god no!" I tried to look down. My body was nothing but plastic and rubber. Slowly I looked to my left, and there she was. She smiled as she lightly rubbed my hair and sung a haunting tune. I knew then that I would never leave this place.
